1. Create an Account

• • Click the User icon in the top-right corner
• • Click "Need an account? Sign Up"
• • Enter a username and password (minimum 6 characters)
• • Click "Create Account"
• • You'll be automatically logged in and redirected to the homepage

2. Sign In

• • Click the User icon in the top-right corner
• • Enter your username and password
• • Click "Sign In"

3. Navigation

• • Dashboard icon - Access your seller dashboard
• • Bell icon - View notifications
• • Shield icon - Admin panel (admins only)
• • Logout icon - Sign out of your account
• • Settings icon - Configure preferences

Creating a Shop

• • Go to Dashboard → My Shops
• • Click "Create Shop"
• • Fill in the required information:
• - Shop Name: Your shop's display name
• - Planet: Select from Entropia Universe planets
• - Location: Specific location (e.g., "PA Mall 2nd floor #14")
• - Waypoint: In-game coordinates (e.g., "[Planet Calypso, 61234, 75432]")
• - Shop Tax: Percentage added to all items (e.g., 5% = 5.0)
• - Description: Optional bio about your shop
• • Click "Create Shop"

Adding Items

• • Go to Dashboard → Inventory
• • Click "Add Item"
• • Fill in item details:
• - Shop: Select which shop to list the item in
• - Item Name: Name of the item
• - Category: Select appropriate category
• - Quantity: How many units you have
• - TT Value: Trade Terminal value per unit
• - Pricing Mode:
• • Markup %: Price as percentage above TT (e.g., 105% = 105.0)
• • TT+: Fixed PED amount above TT (e.g., +5.00 PED)
• - Status: Active, Reserved, Sold, or Out of Stock
• • Click "Add Item"

Recording Sales

• • Go to Dashboard → Inventory
• • Find the item that was sold
• • Click the $ (dollar) icon next to the item
• • Enter:
• - Quantity Sold: How many units were sold
• - Sale Price: Total price received (in PED)
• • Review the calculated profit
• • Click "Record Sale"
• • The inventory will automatically update

Shop Stats

• • Go to Dashboard → Shop Stats
• • View your performance metrics:
• - Total Profit: Cumulative earnings across all shops
• - Total Sales: Number of transactions
• - Average Profit: Profit per sale
• - Top Category: Best performing category
• • Analyze Profit by Category with visual breakdown
• • Review Recent Sales history

Browsing Items

• • Visit the homepage to see all available items
• • Use search to find specific items by name
• • Filter by:
• - Planet: Filter items by location
• - Category: Narrow down by item type
• - Markup: Set min/max markup percentage range
• • Switch between List and Cards view

Item Information

• • Item Name & Category: What's being sold
• • Shop Name: Click to visit the shop page
• • Quantity: How many units available
• • Markup: Pricing (green % or purple +PED)
• • Total Price: Final price including shop tax
• • Waypoint: Click to copy coordinates to clipboard

Visiting Shops

• • Click on any shop name in the item list
• • View shop details:
• - Shop name, planet, and location
• - Shop description/bio
• - Shop tax rate
• - Waypoint with copy button
• • Browse all items from that shop
• • See items organized in a table with pricing details

Using Waypoints

• • Click the waypoint button next to an item or shop
• • The coordinates are automatically copied to your clipboard
• • In Entropia Universe, open the chat and paste the waypoint
• • Follow the waypoint to the shop location

Shop Stats & Analytics

Track your sales performance, profit margins, and identify top-selling categories. View recent transactions and analyze trends over time.

Profit Tracking

Automatically calculate profit on each sale. The system tracks TT value vs sale price to show your exact earnings per transaction.

Inventory Management

Manage all your items in one place. Update quantities, prices, and status. Items automatically marked as "Sold" when inventory reaches zero.

Multi-Shop Support

Create and manage multiple shops across different planets. Each shop has its own tax rate, location, and item listings.

Admin Tools

Administrators can manage users, shops, items, promotions, and REP coins across the entire platform.

What is the difference between Markup % and TT+?

Markup % is a percentage above TT value (e.g., 105% means the item costs 105% of its TT value). TT+ is a fixed PED amount added to TT value (e.g., +5.00 PED means TT value + 5.00 PED).

How does shop tax work?

Shop tax is a percentage added to the final price of all items in that shop. For example, if an item costs 100 PED and the shop tax is 5%, the final price will be 105 PED.

Can I edit my items after listing them?

Yes! Go to Dashboard → Inventory, then click the edit icon (pencil) next to any item. You can update quantity, pricing, status, and other details.

How do I delete my shop?

Go to Dashboard → My Shops, then click the trash icon next to the shop you want to delete. Note: This will not delete the items in that shop - you'll need to remove those separately.

What happens when I record a sale?

When you record a sale, the system: (1) Reduces the item quantity by the amount sold, (2) Calculates and records the profit, (3) Updates the item status to "Sold" if quantity reaches zero, (4) Adds the transaction to your Shop Stats.

Can buyers purchase directly through the website?

No, this is an index/directory of shops and items. Actual purchases happen in-game at the shop locations. Use the waypoint feature to navigate to the shop in Entropia Universe.
